Skyhigh Security Fair Use Policy

Introduction

This Fair Use Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the agreement between Skyhigh Security (as defined in our Terms of Service, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) and the Customer (“You” or “Your”) that describes fair use requirements you must comply with when using Our software and services (“Products”).

Purpose

This Policy aims to ensure that customer usage patterns are appropriately managed to:

  • Support Product and network stability.
  • Ensure other customers using Our Products are able to use them as intended.

Multi-tenant systems that are used by Skyhigh Security share resources between tenants. Because tenants use the same shared resources, the activity of one tenant can have a negative impact on another tenant's use of the system.

Where we identify that You may not be compliant with this Policy, we will contact you to discuss the matter and you agree to work cooperatively with us to promptly seek an appropriate resolution (except in limited circumstances as set out below).

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that Your usage of the Products is in accordance with this Policy. If you identify that your usage may be non-compliant, you agree to promptly contact Us to discuss available options. If We identify that You may be in breach of this Policy we will notify You.  You agree to work cooperatively with Us to promptly resolve any identified issues and to avoid repeated breaches under this Policy.

Changes to this Policy

As our Products evolve, it may be necessary to make changes to this Policy.  While we reserve the right to change the Policy at any time by posting an update to this page, we’ll endeavor to notify you where practical (for example by email, or within our Products when you log in).

Your continued use of our Products following the posting of changes to this Policy will mean You accept those changes.

Resolving Issues

For non-urgent issues, we will endeavor to contact you in circumstances where we have identified that a breach of this policy requires attention by You prior to taking any further action.

In limited circumstances, we may take immediate action without advance notification under the suspension rights section of Our Terms of Service. This may for example occur if Your usage of Our Products has caused, or is likely to cause:

  • Service degradation to other customers.
  • A threat to the stability of our platform or may cause service issues for other customers.

Fair Usage Criteria

The below criteria summarize fair usage limits that customers must operate within under this Policy, unless We otherwise agree in writing.

If You believe You will have difficulty meeting the criteria, or wish to use Our Products in excess of these requirements please contact your account management representative without delay to discuss what options may be available to You.

Measure

Follow policy guidelines published on the Skyhigh Security website from time to time.

Please contact your Skyhigh Security representative if you have concerns around your current or expected usage.
