Sign in to Skyhigh Security Cloud for the First Time (Commercial Tenant)

Activate Your Account

1. In the welcome email, click Activate my account.
2. Enter a new password, and then click Set Password.
3. Read the Notice to Users, and then click OK.
4. Read the Skyhigh Security Cloud Services Agreement and select the I understand and accept the terms and conditions of Skyhigh Security Cloud checkbox.
5. Click Agree.
6. Enter the email you used during sign-up.
7. Optionally select a language, and click Next.
8. Provide the password that you specified, and then click Sign In.
   Use your Skyhigh credentials to access your commercial tenant.

Sign In to Skyhigh Security Cloud

Once you set up your account, perform the below steps to sign in. During this process, use the email address and password specified during activating your account:

1. Open a browser and enter https://auth.ui.trellix.com/.
2. On the Sign in page, enter the email address, and then click Sign In.
   
   
3. Enter the password, and then click Sign In.
   
4. Select the tenant from the menu, and then click the product Skyhigh Security Cloud.
   
5. Read the Skyhigh Security Cloud Services Agreement and select the I understand and accept the terms and conditions of Skyhigh Security Cloud checkbox. The product's My Dashboard page displays.
   

You have successfully signed in to use Skyhigh Security Cloud capabilities.
