We’re excited to announce the upcoming release schedule of 6.6.2. Projected deployment dates:

• EU (CASB, DLP) - 11th May 2024 (Saturday)
• EU (SWG Cloud, Cloud Firewall, Private Access) - 14th May 2024 (Tuesday)
• Gov -17th May 2024 (Friday)
• US - 25th May 2024 (Saturday)

Skyhigh Security 6.6.2 Release General Availability is 25th May 2024 UTC.

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our cloud services and expect the maintenance to last approximately 12 hours.

• Anticipated Start: Saturday, May 18th, 2024 at 03:00pm UTC
• Anticipated End: Sunday, May 19th, 2024 at 03:00am UTC
• Downtime Required: Yes
• Service Impact: During this time, we assure you that DLP Processing will remain unaffected and hence protecting your sensitive data as usual.

Skyhigh Secure Web Gateway (SWG) on-premise versions 11.x will reach end-of-life by the end of 2024. Customers must upgrade to 12.2.2 or later to continue using Skyhigh SWG. EOL dates are as follows:

• All 11.x versions below 11.2.16: End of Life on Sep 30, 2024
