About Legacy DLP Policy Constructs Migration
Skyhigh Security no longer supports the legacy DLP Policy Constructs, which were limited to CASB policies. The legacy DLP Policy Constructs include Data Identifiers & Keywords, File Name, Size, and Type, Regular Expressions, Structured and Unstructured Data Fingerprints rule types. Data Classification is compatible with all policies and provides better performance and accuracy. Skyhigh Security recommends migrating your legacy DLP policy constructs or use cases to Data Classification.
NOTE: To fully complete the migration process, you are recommended to review and ensure all legacy DLP policy constructs have been successfully migrated to the Data Classification.
To simplify the migration of your legacy DLP policy constructs to Classification, the table below summarizes the supported use cases for different match conditions in both Data Identifiers and Classifications. It also provides a detailed comparison of Data Identifiers and Classifications use cases for different match conditions, with instructions on executing those use cases.
Using this table, you can ensure a smooth transition from Data Identifiers to Classification, while protecting the security and confidentiality of your sensitive information.
