Renew Cloud Connector Certificates

If automatic certificate renewal fails, you can manually renew the Cloud Connector certificate.

To manually renew the certificate:

Stop the LogProcessor and Syslog services.
Navigate to the shnlp folder and rename or back up the existing .jks file that contains the symbolic server name.
Run the following command:

shnlpcli cp

This command creates a new keystore with the symbolic server name.

NOTE: All future Cloud Connector releases will have an auto-renewal certification capability.
