Cloud Connector Credentials

How you provide your credentials to Skyhigh Cloud Connector depends on what kind of tenant you have: non-SAML or SAML. Organizations often start with a non-SAML setup and later migrate to SAML. We have provided instructions for both use cases. Follow the procedure that applies to your environment.

Set Up Cloud Connector Credentials for Non-SAML Tenants

1. Go to Settings > User Management > Users, and create a new user.
2. Assign the Cloud Connector User role to this user.
3. In the Cloud Connector web user interface, enter the credential for that new user account. For more details, see Connect Cloud Connector to Skyhigh CASB
