Cloud Connector Config MDM Integration
Use these settings to configure a Mobile Iron Devices (MDM) integration.
IMPORTANT: You must have the Skyhigh Cloud Connector user role to configure Cloud Connector. For details, see About User Roles and Access Levels.

| Mobile Iron Devices JSON to CSV | Select Yes to enable the retrieved users' JSON to be converted to CSV before uploading to Skyhigh CASB. Select No to disable. |
Advanced Settings
Click Show Advanced Settings to display.

| Mobile Iron Devices Download Frequency | Enter the frequency (in milliseconds) for Mobile Iron Devices downloads. |
| User Device Upload Frequency | Enter the frequency (in milliseconds) for user device information uploads. |
| User Device Upload Location | Enter the file path for the user device information upload. |
| Mobile Iron Devices Downloads | Enter the directory for Mobile Iron Devices downloads. |
| Mobile Iron Devices CSV Files | Enter the location for Mobile Iron Devices CSV files. |
