About This Release
From the v4.0.0 Mobile Client release onwards, Skyhigh supports features for both Private Applications (PA) and Internet Applications (IA) in the Skyhigh Client app, along with other key enhancements such as Always On VPN via Intune MDM, Optional SAML authentication, and UI-based options for factory reset and log export. It also outlines known issues on Android and iOS devices.

Extended Support in Skyhigh Client App for Private Applications (PA) and Internet Applications (IA) Features
The unified Skyhigh Client app now supports both Private Applications (PA) and Internet Applications (IA), enabling seamless access and a streamlined user experience across environments.
Always-On-VPN Support via Intune MDM
You can configure an Always-On VPN connection for Android devices and iOS devices using Microsoft Intune to encrypt all traffic and route it through the VPN, even when the device is not connected to your organization's network. For more details, see Configure MDM Software.
SAML Authentication Support
Administrators can now configure SAML authentication (optional) for user logins. This enhancement adds flexibility to authentication workflows, accommodating environments that support both SAML and non-SAML login methods.
Support for Factory Reset and Export Log via UI Settings
The Factory Reset option is now included in the settings screen. This feature clears all user data and brings the user back to the disclaimer page with a single click, simplifying troubleshooting. The Export Log option allows quick access to diagnostic logs directly from the UI and saves them to local storage.
Change Profile via UI Settings (iOS only)
The Change Profile option lets you switch between user profiles configured on the device. It allows seamless profile changes without needing to restart the app, making it convenient for users managing multiple profiles.
