This hotfix release fixes issues related to connection stability and traffic redirection.

Release Build

Skyhigh Client Upgrade Recommendations

You can directly upgrade or auto-upgrade to this release from any previous Skyhigh Client 5.x.x release. You cannot directly upgrade or auto-upgrade from a Skyhigh Client 4.x.x release to a 5.x.x release. If you are running a 4.x.x release, you must follow the supported migration path before upgrading to 5.x.x. For details, see here.

Resolved Issues

Reference Issue Description
MCP-10585 Skyhigh Client now correctly opens only a single window for Private Access SAML authentication (instead of multiple earlier), providing a smoother login experience.
MCP-10577 To ensure user identity is reliably preserved, Skyhigh Client has been updated to automatically append the logged-in username to all TCP Private Access traffic forwarded to the SWG.
MCP-12435 Updated the Skyhigh Client configuration to increase the connection timeout from 2 minutes to 15 minutes across all connections. This prevents premature disconnects and improves stability for Private Access SSH protocol sessions.
MCP-10578 Addressed an issue where the Skyhigh Client incorrectly intercepted DNS SRV record queries for Private Access applications. These queries will now bypass the Skyhigh Client and route directly to the system DNS for proper resolution.
UFW-1285 Improved WireGuard tunnel connection stability by optimizing background network checks for faster drop detection, ensuring zero data packet loss during handshakes, and extending the timeout window for seamless reconnections.
