Auto-Migrate Legacy Custom Attributes to Directory Service
Skyhigh Security introduces automated migration of legacy Active Directory (AD) custom attributes to the directory service. This auto-migration operates at the tenant level and is supported for Skyhigh Cloud Connector version 7.1.0 or later.

When you synchronize Active Directory (AD) after migrating legacy custom attributes to the Directory Service, you may see a mismatch between the user counts displayed in the UI (Policy > User Lists > User Groups) and the actual AD group membership. |
Open each user group, and click Edit. On the Edit User Group dialog, click Save without making changes. The correct count will reflect immediately. To avoid manually updating each group, you can update all user group counts in bulk by contacting Skyhigh Support. |
